At the start of every gathering, the host announces whether a camera is present and points out where to sit if you want to stay out of frame.
Consent applies to one specific use at a time. Saying yes to a group photo for the archive does not mean saying yes to an Instagram post.
Any member or guest can ask for a photograph or quote to be taken down. We remove it within seven days without asking you to explain why.
